That doesn't mean every bead, charm, sticker or craft supply we sell is faith-themed.

Faith is something deeper than a product category here.

It shapes the way this company is built, the way we treat our customers, the decisions we make and the gratitude behind having the opportunity to create something of our own.

You'll find faith-inspired designs throughout the shop because they're authentically part of who we are. You'll also find roses, bows, glitter, funny sayings, beautiful colors and the occasional bit of sarcasm.

A Bead Shop With a Point of View

We're not interested in carrying every bead in every color simply because it exists.

Prickly Petal is intentionally curated.

Our collections are built around romantic pinks, florals, mauves, corals, purples, creamy whites, beautiful metallics and carefully chosen coordinating colors. You'll find cottagecore sweetness, grandmillennial florals, vintage farmhouse touches, bows, glitter and feminine details woven throughout the shop.

Even when other colors make an appearance, they're chosen because they belong within that world.

The result is a bead shop where collections coordinate, colors make sense together and finding supplies for your next pretty project feels a little less overwhelming—and a lot more fun.

More Than Sourced Supplies

  • If We Can't Find It, We Might Just Make It.

    One of the things that makes Prickly Petal different is that we're makers ourselves.

    That means we're not limited to choosing from whatever happens to be available from wholesalers.

    We work across polymer clay, 3D printing, embroidery, sewing, specialty printing and design to create an expanding collection of exclusive Prickly Petal supplies and components right here in our studio.

    That might mean sculpting a new polymer clay floral focal, designing a 3D-printed bead, embroidering a patch, creating a sticker collection or turning an everyday object into something you can add beads and charms to.

    Because sometimes the supply we're looking for simply doesn't exist yet.

    And that's usually when things get interesting.

  • Meet Petal Made

    Petal Made is our collection of exclusive supplies, components and creative pieces designed and made in the Prickly Petal studio.

    You'll find handmade polymer clay beads, focals and charms, 3D-printed beads and components, embroidered patches, stickers, sewn wristlets and lanyards, printed beadable pieces and other original supplies created specifically for the kinds of projects we love.

    Petal Made gives us the freedom to create beyond what's available through traditional bead and craft wholesalers—and gives you even more ways to make something that feels uniquely yours.

  • Making More Things Beadable

    We have a slight obsession around here:

    If there's a way to add beads to it, we're probably going to find it.

    That's why some of our in-house products begin with things you may already recognize—but with a distinctly Prickly Petal twist.

    Our printed ID/card holders feature beadable bars so you can coordinate them with your favorite beads.

    Our keychains can become the starting point for a completely personalized bead combination.

    Even our ceramic ornaments can be designed with beadable hangers or components instead of stopping at an ordinary piece of ribbon or rope.

    It's one more way we connect the things we make back to what Prickly Petal does best:
